New Recruits will have to go under 1 - 2 weeks probation depending on how active the New Recruit is during the 1- 2 weeks. If a New Recruiting is missing during those 2 weeks, a notification of being absent is needed to continue in the probation. If no communication on being absent has been acknowledged between the new recruit and Team, New Recruit will be removed from the roster and have to re-register/ probation again.
After the probation, the New Recruit will undergo a "Trail of Entry". Meaning there will be a "Test" of Loyalty and Skill to pass. Remember Loyalty counts more then skill because we do train our New Recruits if needed. We really hope to have fun with this, good luck to you all. <S>

Spoke w/Tiger about maybe doing TOE this weekend.... If I get a say (and I don't really know how it works but) I'd like to fight J.Black 1st then MadClown then TigerZ.... man... none of you guys are going to be easy to beat!!! And I'd like to fight lighter mechs 1st... lol or you could gang up on me (umm... please don't)

Were working on the T.E.O and I think we have a great plan thanks to Tiger.. Needing to know who wants to do the Trails besides Von here..Will get a date/time going for it.

lol im not all that M.C.
I love trials, would love to take one and be part of them myself. This winter my schedule will be alot more free so I will be able to do more. Ahh the future... time... for myself... ahh the idea is so mouth watering....
